I started using this cover Fryer 2 days. The best catfish ever! The turkey wings and chicken fried also the same day. I had no problem with 4 pounds of chicken and turkey bought a small fry later. Imagine the fried chicken in 17 minutes! No need to imagine, you can do!
Easy to use even for beginners. Cleaning is a breeze! Oil drains perfectly clear, if you want to use again. I was able to drain everything back into the bottle without using a sieve.
