Here are a few tips and ideas when sewing with fusible thread.
Fill a bobbin (slowly), or use it in your lower looper to simplify several tasks. Fusible thread creates a temporary bond to keep things in position while you complete the permanent sutures. It should not be used alone to make permanent seams.
For the perfect bias binding, use fusible thread in the bobbin. Use a zig-zag stitch to connect the attachment to the garment or blanket. Fold the bias over the edge. Press the edges (donot iron) and wrap it easy to backup in place. Now you can make stab-in-the-ditch or even the seam adhesive binding all times.
